Dinner at the Monastery of Sant'Anna in Camprena

Our last night in Tuscany- we decided to have dinner at the Sant'Anna Monastery in Camprena. This monastery was the site where the movie, English Patient was filmed.
All guests from Cretaiole gathered at the table to have a delicious meal together. Isabella, our guide gave us a tour and told us some beautiful stories about the monastery and the cemetery that is located next to it. The frescoes are by Antonio Bazzi, called Sodoma, a brilliant Piemontese artist (Vercelli 1477-Siena 1549).
